Museum Adventure app for iPhone and iPad

Original compositions and soundscapes accompany the unique collection of the Basil & Elise Goulandris’ Museum of Modern Arts.

A game is played in which you dive into a journey of sounds and colors where moving forward is subject of answering one question.
Art is not a mater of knowledge rather than the reality of the viewers’ open heart.

The application was developed with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture and Sports.

App features
The application is especially designed for people over 65 as well as people living with Mild Cognitive Impairment. However, anyone is welcome to play the game as we all believe that art is for everyone.

You can play the game, explore the unique collection of artworks and learn about how you can arrange a visit in the museum.

The game is free to play. No ads. No in-app purchases are available or required.

How to use this app
For an immersive experience we suggest the use of headphones.

Play the game
Each artwork is accompanied by a soundscape, an original composition inspired by it and the era it was created, as well as a narrative that talks about it. During the game, you can also read the text of the narration. In order to to move on to the next artwork you will have to answer a question, the
answer to which lies hidden in what you have heard.

When the game is completed you can freely explore the collection.
